Andy and I are moving in about 3 weeks (April 18th).  Our new apartment is across the street from our old one.  We've been in our current apartment for 4 years.  In that time, they've remodeled almost all of the apartments in the complex and we are on the short list of non-remodeled apartments that they want to have done by the end of the summer.  So, we get to move.  On the plus side, we are getting a slightly bigger place, a newly remodeled kitchen, and a full sized washer and dryer.  As a con, moving sucks.

We painted three rooms in our current apartment - kitchen, living room, and bedroom.  They have to be primed before we move out.  I did the kitchen today.  Priming is not nearly as bad as painting.  We're also starting to pack and clean.  I have about two bags of things for Goodwill and imagine I will have more before this process is over. 

As a side note, ItsDeductible is very useful for managing donations.  It gives you values for donating items (like clothes and small appliances) and then I can import all of that directly into TurboTax at the end of the year.
